InJune,U.S.Representatives French Hill and Chrissy Houlahan visited Gambaryan and noted his severe healthdecline,urging theU.S.government to takeaction.They highlighted his contributions to fighting financial crimes and stressed the need for his immediaterelease.

Tigran has petitioned the Abuja Federal High Court for compensation for his prolongeddetention,claiming it violated his rights and was used to exert pressure onBinance.He has also requested that the court prevent further detentions related to Binanceinvestigations.Following the dropping of charges by the Federal Inland Revenue Service(FIRS),the court has adjourned the hearing to July12th,with Tigran no longer required to appear for the FIRScase.
